  • Jewelry Items: Returns are accepted only for items that are defective or damaged upon receipt.

  • Unworn and Unused: Items must be in new, unworn, and unused condition. They should be in their original packaging and must not show any signs of wear or damage.

  • Return Request: Return requests must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Exclusions: Custom-made, engraved, or personalized jewelry items are not eligible for return unless defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Gift cards

3. How to Request a Return

If you would like to initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    • Your order number

    • The item you wish to return

    • A brief explanation for the return (e.g., damaged, defective, etc.)

  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will assess the issue and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.

  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was defective or damaged upon delivery. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days from the date we receive the returned item.

  • Partial Refunds: If the returned item is damaged or shows signs of wear, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund based on the condition of the item.

5. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will cover the return shipping costs and offer you the option of a full refund or replacement.

7. Cancellation Policy
